HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER WITH YOU?

To place an order with us:

1. Select a product
2. Add to shopping cart
3. View the cart
4. Proceed to checkout

 WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal Card. These payment methods are all 100% secure. All submitted personal and payment information is encrypted and secure. 

WHAT CURRENCY WILL I PAY IN?

To change the currency, select the country link at the top right of our Home Screen and select from the drop-down list. You will be able to view items in your local currency.  At checkout, you will be billed in British Pounds at the exchange rate ruling at the time of your transaction

DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE LOCAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES?

Yes, for the UK. If Shipping within the United Kingdom our Prices includes duties taxes.

Shipping ‘Outside’ of the UK will be subject to your local customs duties and taxes, these will need to be paid by yourself upon delivery and are NOT included in the Checkout Price.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Delivery of your items will vary depending on your location and availability of the purchased product. Typically, deliveries within the UK items leave our warehouse within 3 business days and arrive 2-5 business days after they have shipped. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

Delivery Overseas depending on your location can take up to 30 days.  You will be notified by email and a delivery date will be confirmed after your order is processed

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver our products to over 200 countries worldwide. Simply select your country when filling out the shipping information on checkout.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS?

We hope you love everything you buy from us!

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from PollyB  No problem drop us an email to info@pollyb.com and we will arrange to give you details for the return. Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt. Sale Items within 14 days of receipt.

WHAT ARE MY RETURN OPTIONS?

You have 2 options when returning:

1. Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal). Returns must be received within 28 days from the date when you received any items you bought to be eligible for a refund and in the condition as detailed below.

2. Exchange: Love it, but need a different size, colour, or style? No problem! Exchange requests must be received within 28 days of receipt of the items. Exchanges are always free.

But please remember this also is dependent upon stock availability at the time and it may not be possible to offer an alternative for that reason.  In this case, a Full Refund will be given.

WHAT ARE YOUR CONDITIONS OF RETURN?

Prior to returning please email info@pollyb.com we will reply within 24 hours giving you returns details.

All goods must be unused, unworn, with the swing tag intact and in its original packaging.  No item/s will be accepted for ‘refund’ or ‘exchange’ if the goods are returned in any other condition the buyer is held responsible

The Buyer is responsible for the cost of return carriage, we suggest you send your items back to us via Recorded Delivery or a carrier which uses a Tracking Service.
