Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The swing Tag MUST also be in place on your item otherwise a refund will not be accepted.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

EXCHANGES - WRONG SIZE
Our policy lasts 14 days. Should 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition & packaging that you received it with the Swing Tag intact
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only allow one exchange per garment.

EXCHANGES - DAMAGED GOODS
We will exchange your item if your item arrived defective or damaged. we would require photographic proof of the damaged garment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

• Ensure you keep a copy of proof of purchase as this will be needed to request an exchange.
• In accordance with the above, we will gladly exchange your purchase provided that:
1. It is UNWORN and or UNUSED
2. It is within 14 days of purchase
3. ALL SWING TAGS are still attached to the garment
4. It is in it's original PollyB packaging
5. PROOF OF PURCHASE is provided
6. You are liable for the cost of postage to exchange/return
• PollyB International does NOT provide refunds for change-of- mind or buyer’s remorse.
• NO EXCHANGES WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY SALE ITEMS.
• All items exchanged will be inspected according to the stores requirements before an exchange is processed.
• Items returned that are stained, tampered with and damaged due to wear and tear WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED
• Items that have been damaged due to negligence and/or non-adherence to care instructions WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED.
• Items purchased as gifts will only be exchanged provided that:

• PollyB International garments use the latest in fabric technology to create superior pieces. Should any material imperfection appear in your garment within 6 months of purchase PollyB International will follow the procedures as per the CPA.

PollyB International is not obliged to repair or exchange without providing proof of purchase. Warranties or exchanges are not available on Free Promotional items.
To ensure you receive your preferred exchange choice please email polly@pollyb.com with your name, contact details, invoice number and details of the preferred replacement choice (Item name, code, colour & size). This will ensure your item is kept aside whilst we await the return of your garment to our Warehouse Team at PollyB. If the style you require is ‘out of stock’ an online credit note will be issued.

PollyB reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by PollyB a replacement item will be shipped where possible, subject to stock availability, or a credit note issued. A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 48 hours of the garments arrival at the PollyB Head Office.
Please note:
• PollyB International will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
• Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and the associated costs.
• For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.
• You need to send the original or a copy of the receipt with your order.
• In the event that your product is lost in transit, PollyB International will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Registered Post.
• We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Please allow extra time during Public holidays.
General Terms
• Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) but are only posted on Tuesdays and Fridays.
• Please allow 7 working days for your order to be delivered within the UK. Please allow extra time during Public holidays.
• Customers purchasing items by ‘DIRECT EFT’ please note that payment should reflect in the bank account of PollyB International before any orders are posted. If payment does not reflect within 4 working days the order will be cancelled.
• Discounts and promotions (including any delivery promotions do NOT apply to orders made telephonically.
• Gift cards/vouchers are NOT redeemable online.
Return of Gift with Purchase or Promotional items Should you qualify for a Free Gift with purchase upon meeting minimum spend requirements however, choose to return your purchased goods for a full refund the Free Gift must be returned also. This must be returned in its original saleable condition, with all tickets attached. If upon receiving your returned package the Free Gift is not enclosed, the retail value of the Free Gift will be deducted from the refundable amount. A PollyB staff member will contact you immediately and will await 10 business days before processing your payment. The cost of the Free Gift will be incurred by the purchaser if you wish to return. If you wish to keep your Free Gift with purchase however choose to exchange your purchased items at a later date, an Online credit will be issued so you continue to receive the Free Gift at no cost. There is no warranty or exchange on promotional items.
